What this page collects
The early-access form saves the name and email address you submit and the time you joined. Your email is normalized to avoid duplicate requests. Existing signups that did not ask for a name may have only an email address. The form requires your agreement to receive MealMate early-access updates.
Why we collect it
We use these details to contact you about MealMate early access. Signing up does not create a MealMate account, guarantee an invitation, or subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
The list is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database used by this website and copied to a private Google Sheet to manage early-access invitations. There is no public subscriber list or subscriber lookup. This signup does not access the food diary, weight records, or ChatGPT conversations from the MealMate app.
Other website data
Google Analytics loads only if you choose “Allow analytics.” It measures page visits, early-access popup opens, and successful signup submissions. Google may process browser and device information, approximate location derived from your connection, and analytics cookie identifiers. We do not send your signup name, email address, food diary, weight records, or ChatGPT conversations to Analytics. Automatic form tracking and advertising features are disabled.
Your analytics preference is stored in this browser. You can change it below or through the footer. Choosing “No thanks” stops measurement and removes this site’s Google Analytics cookies from this browser. Existing data already received by Google is not removed by changing this setting. How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
The hosting provider may process technical request information to operate and protect the website. This notice covers the early-access page; the MealMate app will need its own privacy information before broader release.
